Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! eGift cards are available on the Gift Card tab. Our gift cards are sent via email with a code to enter at check out. You may send the eGift Card to yourself or to another recipient's email address. eGift Cards expire after 12 months.
Do you have to remove the Fireglass?
No! Our fireglass is designed to handle high heat and flame. We do recommend burning candle to have a nice wax pool. The glass may sink but that's ok! They reappear once the candle is lit again. You can reference candle care instructions on the product page.
What is your return policy?
Product returns are accepted only if product is unused and unburned. Customer is responsible for shipping label.
If product is damaged or defective, please send email with picture of defective product for a refund or product replacement at no cost to customer.
